The Ambassador Framework is structured as a four-tier, merit-based network. Each tier defines a distinct level of responsibility, recognition, and compensation. Advancement is earned through quality of work, professional maturity, and contribution to the network — not tenure.

This is not a volunteer pool. Ambassadors are recognized contributors to a professional network, compensated in accordance with their tier and contribution, and held to professional standards.

Noah Choe

Ambassador Associate · Co-Lead, Tutoring Service, Atlanta, GA, USA
A graduate of the American School of Dubai and Emory University (Class of 2025, BS Biology), Noah grew up across the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Dubai — a background that shaped his ability to connect with people across cultures and contexts. At ExploreXtraordinaire, he co-leads the intern tutoring program, bringing academic rigor and cross-cultural fluency to every session. Currently in his gap year, he works full-time as an EMT while preparing his medical school applications, combining his biology foundation with real-world clinical experience. He is pursuing a career as a physician and brings to the network the same discipline and adaptability that has defined his path so far.

Born and raised in Dubai, Eujean is a graduate of the American School of Dubai and holds a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Her art practice centers on unpacking lived experiences through saturated color blocking and detailed pencil work — visual storytelling that draws from theoretical frameworks to examine the systems we inhabit. After time in New York, she is now transitioning into academia, with plans to pursue a postgraduate degree in Art History at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. She brings to ExploreXtraordinaire a rare combination of creative depth, cross-cultural perspective, and a genuine commitment to education.

At ExploreXtraordinaire, he leads as EduTech Associate, connecting his engineering background with the Center's mission to bridge the gap between emerging technology and real-world classroom application. Professionally, he works as a Technical Account Manager at BIG Fiber in the digital infrastructure industry — bringing industry-current knowledge directly into his educational work. He is driven by the belief that every eager student, regardless of where they live, deserves access to quality STEM mentorship.

A Spring 2025 graduate of Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, Olivia holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Archaeology — a combination that reflects both her love of language and her instinct for uncovering what lies beneath the surface. At ExploreXtraordinaire, she leads the English curriculum for our tutoring service for displaced students, designing materials that meet learners where they are while building real, transferable skills. She also serves as a writing coach, helping students develop a voice that is fluid, precise, and authentically their own. Based just outside San Francisco, she brings a close reader's sensitivity and a genuine commitment to education equity to every session she leads.

Filipino American and raised across eight cities on three continents, Jillian brings a rare cross-cultural fluency to her work as a brand designer, illustrator, and writer based in New York City. She holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and a writing certification from The New School's Riggio Honors Program, with a client roster spanning Parkwood Entertainment, MLB, and public health organizations across the U.S. At ExploreXtraordinaire, she leads within the Creative Arts Program and serves as the program's media and portfolio coach — helping students build work they're proud to put their name on. She speaks English fluently, with conversational ability in French, Arabic, Tagalog, and Mandarin.

Originally from South Korea and currently a junior at the University of the Pacific, Hyun Jin brings a firsthand understanding of what it means to learn across languages, cultures, and systems. His own experience as an international student — navigating a new language, a new environment, and the quiet challenge of building confidence in unfamiliar settings — gives him a genuine empathy for the students he works with. At ExploreXtraordinaire, he is one of the program's strongest tutors, stepping in across English, visual art, and performing arts wherever students need creative support and encouragement. He is fluent in Korean and English and believes that the right guidance, offered with patience and cultural understanding, can change a student's entire trajectory.

A senior at the American School of Dubai, Sarah is driven by a rare combination of ambition and breadth — pursuing interests across chemical engineering, business, entrepreneurship, graphic design, coding, and debate, all grounded in a commitment to equal opportunity, climate change, and financial literacy. At ExploreXtraordinaire, she serves as Lead Intern, bringing her project management skills and collaborative instincts to the team. She is working toward 200 service hours across her school years and has her sights set on a future in the shipping industry — with a specific goal of creating more opportunities for women in the field. Some might say her interests don't point in one clear direction, but that's exactly what makes her a natural fit for a global network built on curiosity.

A rising senior at the American School of Dubai and founder of Art Unmuted — a youth-led initiative using art as a platform for cultural exchange and social impact — Jasmine brings both creative vision and a genuine commitment to community to her role at ExploreXtraordinaire. As Lead Intern for the Tutoring Service, she has provided English-language support to Syrian students, helping foster an encouraging environment where learning becomes a bridge across cultures. She is a member of the National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society, and her particular interest lies in using communication and mentorship to empower young people and expand access to quality education. She speaks English, French, and Persian — and brings that multilingual, cross-cultural perspective to every student she works with.

She took her first steps into global programming through ExploreXtraordinaire's Global Summer Program by Prototype FLX, earning her certification and gaining hands-on experience working on international projects.
